This platform/product is provided strictly as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) technology solution for trade execution automation, trade replication, order management, and related software functionality in cryptocurrency markets.
The Company, Owner, Platform, Employees, Affiliates, or Representatives:
- Do NOT provide investment advice.
- Do NOT provide financial planning services.
- Do NOT provide portfolio management services.
- Do NOT provide buy/sell recommendations.
- Do NOT guarantee profits or returns.
- Do NOT provide personalized trading advice.
- Do NOT act as a SEBI-registered investment advisor, research analyst, portfolio manager, broker, or financial intermediary.
Users independently choose whether or not to use the software and are solely responsible for all trading and investment decisions.
2. No SEBI Registration
The Company/Owner is NOT registered with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) as an Investment Adviser, Research Analyst, Portfolio Manager, or any other regulated financial entity.
By using this platform, the subscriber acknowledges and agrees that the service is purely a technology/software automation platform and not an investment advisory service.
3. High Risk Disclosure
Cryptocurrency trading, futures trading, leveraged trading, and algorithmic trading involve substantial financial risk and may result in partial or complete loss of capital.
Users acknowledge and accept that:
- Past performance does NOT guarantee future results.
- Drawdowns and consecutive losses are part of trading.
- Market conditions may change rapidly.
- Slippage, latency, exchange issues, liquidation risk, and volatility can cause unexpected losses.
- Technical failures, internet issues, exchange outages, API failures, and execution delays may occur.
The Company shall not be held liable for any losses, damages, liquidation events, missed trades, execution delays, system interruptions, or reduction in profits.
4. Risk Management Responsibility
Users are fully responsible for their own capital allocation, leverage selection, and risk management.
The Company strongly recommends that users follow disciplined risk management practices, including:
- Always follow a proper risk-to-reward plan.
- If total trading capital is INR 100,000, recommended risk per trade should generally remain within 1-2% of total capital.
- Risk should always be calculated based on total trading capital and not merely available margin.
Users acknowledge that failure to follow proper risk management significantly increases the probability of substantial losses or liquidation.
5. Consecutive Losses & Drawdowns
The trading methodology/algorithm may experience periods of drawdown, including continuous losing trades.
Users acknowledge and understand that:
- Consecutive stop losses, including 4-5 or more losing trades in a row, may occur.
- Temporary drawdowns are a normal part of systematic trading.
- Emotional or aggressive risk-taking during drawdown periods can substantially increase financial losses.
Users are solely responsible for maintaining appropriate position sizing and risk exposure.
6. Liquidation Risk
Trading cryptocurrency futures using high leverage involves significant liquidation risk.
If users trade with insufficient capital, increase leverage excessively, take higher-than-recommended risk per trade, or ignore proper position sizing principles, then the probability of liquidation and substantial financial loss becomes significantly higher.
The Company shall not be responsible for liquidation losses under any circumstances.
7. No Guarantee of Profitability
The Company does not guarantee profits, winning trades, fixed monthly returns, capital growth, reduced losses, accuracy of signals, continuous platform uptime, or successful execution of trades.
Any historical performance, backtesting, projected returns, examples, screenshots, or performance metrics displayed by the platform are for informational and educational purposes only and should not be interpreted as guarantees of future performance.
8. User Responsibility
By subscribing to or using the platform, users confirm that:
- They are trading voluntarily at their own risk.
- They understand the risks associated with leveraged cryptocurrency trading.
- They are solely responsible for profits, losses, taxes, compliance obligations, and financial decisions.
- They understand how futures trading and leverage work before using the software.
- They are legally permitted to trade cryptocurrency products in their jurisdiction.
9. Independent Financial Advice
Users are strongly advised to consult a qualified financial advisor, legal advisor, or tax consultant before participating in cryptocurrency trading or using the platform.
Nothing on the platform should be interpreted as financial, investment, tax, accounting, or legal advice.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, the Company, Owner, Developers, Employees, Affiliates, Partners, and Representatives shall not be liable for:
- Trading losses, liquidation events, loss of profits, indirect or consequential damages.
- Exchange-related failures, API failures, connectivity issues, delayed execution, software bugs, incorrect trades, missed opportunities, data inaccuracies, or third-party service interruptions.
Users agree that use of the software is entirely at their own risk.
11. Technology & Third-Party Risk
The platform may integrate with third-party cryptocurrency exchanges, APIs, brokers, cloud providers, or external services.
The Company does not control third-party systems and is not responsible for exchange downtime, order rejection, API malfunction, server outages, price discrepancies, exchange insolvency, or security breaches on third-party platforms.
12. No Fiduciary Relationship
Use of the platform does not create an advisor-client relationship, broker-client relationship, fiduciary relationship, partnership, joint venture, or asset management arrangement.
Users maintain full control and responsibility over their trading accounts at all times.
13. Subscription & Refund Policy
All subscription fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.
The Company reserves the right to modify pricing, suspend accounts, restrict access, update features, terminate services, or change platform functionality at its sole discretion without prior notice.
14. Acceptance of Terms
By subscribing to, accessing, or using the platform, the user confirms that they have read and understood these Terms & Conditions, understand the risks associated with cryptocurrency and leveraged trading, accept full responsibility for all trading decisions and outcomes, and agree that the Company shall not be held liable for trading-related losses.
